About

JoAn came well prepared when elected as Clerk of Courts in 1996. She was a Deputy Clerk for ten years and has much private sector experience as a bank cashier and legal secretary. JoAn modernized the Clerk's Office by implementing a system to track court cases on microfilm.

Bio

JoAn is a graduate of Port Clinton High School and a resident of Bay Township. Her extensive family includes husband Ron, two sons, four grandchildren, four married brothers and many nieces and nephews.
